Michelman to Showcase Water-Based Wax Additives for Wood and Industrial Coatings at ChinaCoat 2019
Michelman is excited to participate in Shanghai’s global coatings exhibition, ChinaCoat 2019 November 18-20, with long-time partners Kelly International (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Shanghai J&T Chemical Co., Ltd. They are showcasing their high-performance water-based wax additives that improve the performance of interior and exterior wood coatings, architectural paint coatings, industrial coatings, inks, and OPVs.
Spotlighted will be their Michem® Guard brand of solutions that enhance the performance of inks, OPVs, and wood coatings. This series of products increases the performance, quality, and appearance of graphic arts applications through improved lubricity, rub & mar resistance, and gloss control. These waterborne dispersions also produce slip and block resistance without the use of solvents.
Additional Michelman products include sustainable solutions that produce excellent water resistance, water beading, stain resistance, and tannin blocking in wood and architectural coatings and paints. They also offer surface modifiers and lubricants used in can and coil coatings for COF control, mar and scratch resistance, improved slip and lubricity, and corrosion resistance.
